I'm a Senior Technical Writer with a background in both Computer Science and English — which means I can talk to engineers in their language and translate it into something anyone can understand.

For the past five years I've written documentation across software, cloud infrastructure, manufacturing, and hardware. Most recently I've served as the lead documentation writer for a major technology company's internal cloud platform, owning three documentation portals end-to-end: user docs, API reference, and release notes.

I work directly with engineering teams to extract information, identify gaps, and turn complex systems into clear, usable content. I've documented everything from Kubernetes and bare metal compute to IAM, PKI, and microservice architecture.

Before cloud, I built software enablement content, trained new hires, and tutored ESL students in English — an early lesson in making ideas accessible across language and culture that still shapes how I write today.
